Mekong Minority Foundation's office staff is responsible for the day-to-day running of the organisation. Field staff work on individual projects that are also part of our wider networking strategies. Our ethnically diverse staff is a perfect example of people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds working together in unity. Board members represent the different tribal groups and the field and office staff is comprised of members of nearly every major tribal group in Thailand , as well as Northern Thais and foreigners. This diversity allows MMF to better understand and collaborate with the wide variety of people we partner, which span from tribal leaders to international donors .
